Former world No. 5 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, in partnership with his longtime coach Thierry Ascione, has announced plans to build a state-of-the-art padel complex in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France. The facility is scheduled to open in late 2026.
With a total investment of €4 million, the 16-month construction project will begin in June 2025. The center will feature six outdoor and four indoor courts, along with a clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop, and training facilities. This will be the fifth padel venue operated by Tsonga’s “All In” group, which currently manages 31 courts across France, including locations in Lyon-Décines and Mougins.
Tsonga stated that his move into padel stems from the sport’s accessibility and social appeal, aiming to create a welcoming environment for players of all levels.
